Ron's professional journey began as an accountant in a family-owned business in Upstate New York, catering to the automotive and firearms industries. Since then, he has dedicated his career to nonprofit leadership. Subsequently, as the Executive Director of the NYS Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers, Ron played a pivotal role in a coalition that drove significant policy changes in New York State, benefiting over 50,000 children and families annually through the Raise the Age NY initiative. Transitioning to Family and Children's Services, Ron secured a national demonstration grant exceeding $1.2 million and a $2.4 million Victims of Crime Act grant, the largest VOCA grant awarded in Maryland at the time.

Ron considers his current role the most fulfilling, stating, "I am fortunate to work with an exceptional team and utilize my diverse background in accounting, business, executive leadership, and social work to support some of our most vulnerable children and families in the community."
