Patty Kelley is the Senior Director of Contracting and Networking Development at PA Health & Wellness, coming from West Virginia with an MBA from the University of Charleston. Patty works in the healthcare insurance field, primarily government-sponsored, building networks of Providers to serve the needs of residents in PA.
