Celia Serrano is a Certified Community Health Worker with lifelong experience and shares the ethnicity, language, and socioeconomic status, of the patients and communities she serves. She also serves on the Family Issues Roundtable - Steering Committee, as a Member. She is currently a Program Manager for the Community Health Services program at Family First Health and oversees a team of 10 CHWs throughout their 8 locations (Lebanon, Columbia, Adams, and York County). She holds an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Business from York Technical Institute and graduated with honors. She is also a certified Child Passenger Safety Tech.
When Celia is not assisting FFH patients and community members in connecting to affordable care and local resources; she is enjoying her days with her family, walking the trail, reading, or making home improvements.
