Children’s Home of York is excited to invite community members, families, healthcare providers, educators, and referral partners to our Spark Open House. Join us as we introduce this new outpatient behavioral health program designed to provide accessible, compassionate, and person-centered mental health care for children, adolescents, and families throughout York and Adams Counties.
This special event offers an opportunity to explore our new space, meet our clinical team, learn about available services, and discover how SPARK is helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support.
What is Spark?
SPARK is Children’s Home of York’s newest behavioral health program, created to meet the growing mental health needs of our community. Through evidence-based treatment and individualized care, SPARK helps children, teens, and families build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal goals.
Our experienced team works collaboratively with each individual and family to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing, growth, and long-term success.

- Individual Therapy (30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions)
- Family Therapy (30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions)
- Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medication Management

Flexible, Family-Focused Care
Spark understands that accessing mental health services should be as easy as possible. That’s why we offer:
- In-person and virtual appointments
- Evening and weekend sessions upon request
- Translation services through TransPerfect
- A welcoming, supportive environment for every family
Admission Criteria
To receive services through Spark, individuals must:
- Be at least 4 years old
- Have active Medicaid insurance through York/Adams CCBH
