Roy Hughes, is a York native and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Curantis Home Care. Roy has degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Roger Williams University, an Information Technology degree from YTI in York, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
In addition to his leadership in healthcare, he is a published author and speaker who is passionate about inspiring others. Roy is a proud US Navy Hospital Corpsman veteran, who developed a deep commitment to service, discipline, and compassionate care. A former foster child himself, Roy is a dedicated child welfare advocate, championing the needs of foster children and families while equally committed to mental health advocacy.
Roy is married to his wife, Cinthya, and is the proud father of four adult children. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling the world, experiencing fine cuisine, engaging in public service, and watching documentaries.
