Patty Kelley

Patty Kelley is the Senior Director of Contracting and Networking Development at PA Health & Wellness, coming from West Virginia with an MBA from the University of Charleston. Patty works in the healthcare insurance field, primarily government-sponsored, building networks of Providers to serve the needs of residents in PA. Patty writes, “The growth opportunities are tremendous for services supporting the behavioral health of our shared community and beyond in such an area of need.
