David Bernhardt, is an architectural engineering graduate from Penn State and is the CEO of Providence Engineering Corp., which provides engineering design and analysis services to the building design and construction industry. He is a volunteer with York Special Olympics and serves on the Board of Directors for Providence Engineering, Triad Engineering, Leg up Farm, Able Services, and the Red Lion Educational Foundation.
