Celia Serrano is the Community Health Program Manager at Family First Health. She joined Family First Health in October 2020 and has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and now leads the Community Health Worker program across multiple locations and five counties. In this role, she works to address social determinants of health (SDOH) by helping individuals connect with healthcare services, insurance coverage, and community resources.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Celia supported community outreach efforts by providing education on testing, prevention, and vaccination resources. She remains committed to improving access to care and supporting the health needs of the communities served by Family First Health.
Celia earned an associate degree in Specialized Business from York Career Institute, where she graduated with honors and received the Excellence in Externship Award. Outside of work, Celia enjoys spending time with her family, walking local trails, reading, and working on home improvement projects.
