Ashley Grimm

Ashley Grimm is an attorney and senior certified Human Resources professional with more than 17 years of experience in legal, human resources, government, and nonprofit experience.  Ashley is the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary for the York Water Company.  She has also held various counsel positions in private, government, and nonprofit practice.  Ashley serves the community as a Board Member with Olivia’s House, a member of the YMCA of the Roses Human Resources Committee, Counsel for the PA State Council of Lions Clubs, and a member of the York County Bar Association.   Ashley holds her Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law and her BA in International Business and Management from Dickinson College.  Ashley is an admitted attorney to both the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
