Ashley Grimm

Ashley Grimm is an attorney and senior certified Human Resources professional with more than 18 years of legal, human resources, government, and nonprofit experience. Ashley currently works at GreyStone Power Corporation as the Vice President of Corporate Services.  She previously served in similar capacities at The York Water Company, the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General and the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She has also held various counsel positions in private, government, and nonprofit practice. Ashley serves the community as Counsel for the PA State Council of Lions Clubs and is a member of the York County Bar. Ashley holds her Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. Ashley is an admitted attorney to both the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
