Amanda Harlacher Wagner, is a licensed social worker in York, Pennsylvania. Amanda obtained her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. Amanda has supported youth and families in the child welfare sector through her work in residential treatment centers and foster care and adoption agencies.
After gaining experience in the child welfare sector, Amanda currently works as a licensed outpatient therapist with Healing Hearts Counseling Center in Hanover, where she provides a variety of therapeutic services to children, teens, adults, and families. Amanda values creating spaces for her clients that are affirming, inclusive, non-judgmental, solution-focused, and supportive. Amanda is a mother to two young children and an animal lover who has done grant writing for a local animal shelter.
