Director of Finance
  • Provide financial and strategic leadership for the Agency.
  • Incorporate analysis and problem-solving principles within the organization.
  • Working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as financial accounting, compliance reporting, forecasting and budget preparation.
  • Lead a small team to achieve administrative and agency financial demands and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines.
  • Interact with management and Board Members while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prior experience working in a non-profit and/or behavioral health environment preferred.
  • 5 years of senior accounting experience within a small to medium organization required.
  • BS in Accounting required, Masters degree preferred.

Mental Health Worker
  • $500 Sign on bonus
  • FT position available, 2nd and 3rd shift, $12/Hour
  • 2nd shift – $1.00/hr shift differential
  • Provide supervision, support, guidance & basic counseling to our residents.
  • Experience working w/ children and youth in residential treatment setting or related experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Caseworker
  • Provides case management and advocacy services including, placement, supervision, support, guidance, counseling and therapeutic interventions for program youth, their families, and resources families.
  • Receives referrals made to the program and assists with determining appropriate resource family matches.
  • Prepares and completes required reports and documentation, maintains files and records, and performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with the referral providers, inter-agency members, clients and the community.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Positions available at both the West Chester, PA and York, PA locations.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred for the West Chester location.

Youth Counselor
  • FT position available, 2nd and 3rd shift, $12/Hour
  • Provide supervision, support, guidance & basic counseling to our residents.
  • Experience working w/ children and youth in residential treatment setting or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Fundraising and Development Coordinator
  • Facilitate successful fundraising and sponsorship for all key development events.
  • Garner support, participation, and collaboration of community leaders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of donor locally and regionally
  • Work collaboratively with others to create, design and implement marketing and promotional materials and then to market and promote through social media
  • 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising and development within a non-profit with a focus on donor acquisition and relationship management
  • CFRRE certified strongly preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • Must have strong computer skills and social media savvy
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight
  • Ability to participate in organizational functions within the community

Integrated Practice Team Coordinator
  • Assists the Lead Coordinator with the administrative, fiscal, personnel, and direct service operation of the program.
  • Provides and oversees program services including critical evaluation of the current child and family situation, critical evaluation of previous interventions, detailed and well-organized response to the current situation with the intent of maintaining the integrity of the family
  • Facilitate, monitor, document, and track the integrated practice team (IPT) process
  • Utilize a family centered and strength based team approach with community involvement in the protection of children
  • Responsible for ensuring cross system integration and interdisciplinary support
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in pertinent discipline

Integrated Practice Team Assistant
  • Assists with the implementation of Program and Agency policies and procedures
  • Completes administrative reports and tasks in support of the IPT program and process
  • Read and interpret documents such as psychological evaluations or CPT reports creating pre-IPT family summary
  • Supports appropriate communication between the Agency and its customers, visitors, clients and other outside contacts
  • Responsible for developing and implementing support procedures
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the IPT Lead Coordinator
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1st shift summer positions available at our Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
  • Under supervision of a Master’s Level Supervisor
  • Min 12 credits towards Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related program required
